团队介绍:

马茗微 北京大学优秀青年医师、北京大学临床科学家,并以临床医生身份入选新体制系列。聚焦聚焦高恶性度前列腺癌强化治疗与肾癌SABR/质子放疗及分子分型研究。研究被美国ARS及日本JES指南引用。迄今以第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI及核心期刊论文20余篇。主持省部级及院校级课题9项目,总经费120余万元。“十四五”重大课题骨干。授权发明专_x0008_利1项。参编卫健委规培教材。

张艺宝 北京大学肿瘤医院放疗教研室副主任、正高工、博导。长期从事智能放射诊疗物理研究,主持5项国家自然科学基金,第一/通讯作者发表SCI论著30篇,第一完成人获授权发明专_x0008_利7项。担任《Medical Physics》副编委等。

刘超 从事肿瘤放射治疗与免疫治疗的基础与临床转化研究,主持国自然、北京市“高创计划”青托、国家资助博后计划等课题10项,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在 Science Advances(Science子刊)、Signal Transduct Target Ther(Nature系列期刊)、Molecular Cancer等权威期刊发表SCI论文18篇(累计影响因子>250,单篇最高52分,10分以上12篇)。担任 Nature Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports Medicine 等33本SCI期刊审稿人,并任 BMC Medicine 等4本期刊编委。

项目情况:

团队立足泌尿系肿瘤精准放疗的“临床–分子–物理/AI”一体化交叉,围绕放疗智能化(靶区识别、自动化放疗计划〔AutoPlan〕、在线自适应)→ 分子分层(单细胞/空间转录组)→ 临床转化(前瞻性验证/多中心推广)全链条开展研究。(1)临床端由马茗微牵头,聚焦高恶性度前列腺癌强化治疗与肾癌SABR/质子放疗,开展前瞻性队列与分子分型研究,并探索“放疗+免疫”的协同增效窗口与机制。(2)物理/AI端由张艺宝(北大肿瘤医院放疗教研室副主任、正高工、博导)协作,重点布局智能计划建模(机器学习/知识驱动)、IMPT/VMAT优化与蒙特卡罗剂量计算、低剂量CBCT重建与形变配准、在线剂量积累与自适应放疗、运动管理,以及基于EPID/日志文件的自动质控等,提供算法与平台化支持。(3)分子端由刘超博士后负责,聚焦肿瘤分子分型、单细胞测序与空间转录组,解析免疫微环境及放疗敏感/耐受通路,开发治疗反应生物标志物并建设高质量样本与数据资源。
