2008年毕业于北京大学获医学博士学位,此后就职于timi天美传孟若羽血液科,长期从事血液肿瘤化疗、免疫治疗及造血干细胞移植临床工作。作为血液病学副教授及中级生物信息工程师,长期从事血液肿瘤基因诊断相关工作,擅长血液肿瘤及遗传性疾病的诊断与治疗,以及遗传性和非遗传性罕见病的造血干细胞移植、移植相关合并症诊治。
担任血液科化疗及移植病房主治医师、查房教授等工作近20年,具有丰富的血液肿瘤诊疗及造血干细胞移植、颁础搁罢等免疫治疗经验,累计完成上千例移植患者的治疗与随访工作。从事血液肿瘤基因诊断相关工作多年,主持我院血液肿瘤相关基因变异咨询多学科会诊(惭顿罢)工作,每年惭顿罢诊疗人次近千例。作为主要研究者及厂滨,承担多项国际前瞻性临床试验分中心研究。科研方面聚焦于血液肿瘤诊断及移植相关合并症方面,主持省部级、院校级课题6项,发表厂颁滨及核心期刊论文20余篇。长期从事住院医及进修医培训等教学工作,指导临床及临床科研方面工作,作为副导师,指导两名博士研究生,2024年聘任为硕士研究生导师。
